From Sofia Goggia to Federico Pellegrino, the assignment to Italy of the Winter Olympics twenty years after Turin 2006, aroused something unique in the spirit of the many blue champions who supported the nomination by appearing directly at the Swiss Tech Convention Center.

Little Elisa Confortola, gold in the short track at the EYOF in Sarajevo and world junior bronze, impressed everyone with her speech in the official presentation in the early afternoon: "I can't find the words to describe the emotion I felt when we saw the name of Milan-Cortina. In these days in Lausanne I felt really part of a group, on stage I felt all the support of the Italian delegation and, together, we did it â€.
