Preparations are underway for the circuit races ski mountaineering Piedmont. Piedmont Ski Alp is a racing circuit in the night now in its fourth edition, which will take place in different locations affecting the Piedmont region. A total of 12 races with climbs and descents to work hard while having fun. The first race in the program is set for December 8 in San Sicario''!

In a few days it will be made official the complete calendar of competitions, but right now, we can reveal the names of the venues that will host night races: San Sicario, Garessio, San Giacomo di Roburent, Pian Benot, L'' Aquila, Pain of Frais, Prali.
Each race will be divided into categories: juniors from 15 years to 17 years (1998-96), Seniors from 18 years to 44 years (1995-69), Masters from 45 years to 54 old (1968-59), Over 55 55 years old (1958 and earlier), both male and female.
all competitors can register online at www.piemonteskialp.org the page dedicated to each race, or through the web page of the organizing company. To complete the registration'' must fill in the form and you can do up to 24 hours before the race. It will still be possible to enroll up to half an hour before'''' start of the race with a small surcharge.'' The membership is established in euro 25,00 for all categories. Submissions of Minors must be accompanied by written permission from the parent and a photocopy of his identity card d''. The registration fee includes delivery of a goody bag with gadgets, participation in the tender, dinner and participation in the award of merit and draw.

Mottarone
Il Mottarone, alto 1.492 metri, sorge in una posizione privilegiata tra il Lago Maggiore e il Lago d’Orta. La sua vetta arrotondata è uno dei balconi panoramici più spettacolari del Piemonte: nelle giornate limpide lo sguardo abbraccia sette laghi, la Pianura Padana e gran parte dell’arco alpino, dal Monviso al Monte Rosa fino alle montagne svizzere. Questa cornice, più che le dimensioni del comprensorio, rappresenta il vero elemento distintivo della località.
