After the successful first edition in 2014, also this & rsquo; year young people between 13 and 20 years will have their Patrouille! The so-called & lsquo; Patrouille des Jeunes & rsquo; avr & agrave; place April 22, 2016 & Outdoors; inside of the ski resort of Verbier, in the margins of the most & rsquo; known Patrouille des Glaciers.

Three paths designed by the organizers for the three youth categories in the competition: Ecoliers (13-14 years), & nbsp; Cadets (15-17 years) and Junior (18-20 years). Challenging course especially for Junior, which will push up the foot of the Col de la Chaux; spectacular l & rsquo; arrival in the city center in Verbier.
80 patrols were presented at the start of the first edition under a leaden sky and a relentless snowfall; the organizing committee hopes to go up to 175 pairs for this second edition. Expected at the start of the best young Switzerland, France and Italy.
The organizing committee is assisted by a number of entities & agrave; local, as the organizer of the Glacier Patrol Command, the CO of the Ski Mountaineering World Championships 2015, the Canton Valais most & rsquo; numerous volunteers of municipalities in the Val de Bagnes.
For the first time the race to & agrave; part of the international circuit La Grande Course des Jeunes, which brings together more & rsquo; major youth competitions in alpine skiing in the world, organized in conjunction with the Senior Circuit races The Grande Course.

Un anno fa vivevamo il dramma di Matteo Franzoso: a La Parva un incidente che mai sarebbe dovuto accadere
Era il 13 settembre 2025 quando, in quel maledetto sabato mattina in Cile, il velocista ligure finì a velocità elevatissima contro una staccionata, troppo vicina a bordo pista (e ora non più presente per gli allenamenti delle nazionali presenti anche quest'anno nella località). Due giorni dopo, a Santiago, Matteo si spense.
