Sunday runs, the sixth edition of the Tour du Grand Paradis

The path is ready, in the central part of the snow is in perfect condition, over 3700 meters above sea level is lots of ice, and the last checks you will do tomorrow morning to check the regularity total and safety of the race field. The team will then continue following the path of the glacier until the summer "humpback" at an altitude of 3700 mt. where there will be the second control gate and the second time: 3:30 ' from the start. Once in Moncorvé 3800 meters above sea level according to the change of attitude to face a stretch equipped with crampons and fixed ropes finished which will meet the third change of attitude to climb to the summit of Gran Paradiso at about 4000 mt. for the fourth change of attitude. From here on down along the Gran Paradiso glacier retreat towards the Vittorio Emanuele II, the third control gate and time set to 5 hours of departure. Climb right below the slopes of Ciarforon to 3000 meters and then slightly downhill through the whole slope below the Monciair and teeth Broglio to arrive at the top of the valley of the Grand Etret. It then descends along the valley to get to Pont and cross the finish line.
