Azzurri still dominant in ski mountaineering, with an amazing double in the senior men's individual test that opened the two-day World Cup in Grand Massif, France.
In fact, Matteo Eydallin climbed to the top step of the podium, with a time of 1h32''24 ", with whom he preceded his teammate Davide Magnini by just one second, while Robert Antonioli and Michele Boscacci finished in the fourth and fifth place, preceded by the French Thibault Anselmet, who completed the podium with the third place 9 seconds behind the winner. Just out of the top ten Nadir Maguet and William Boffelli, while Alex Oberbacher finished eighteenth and Andrea Prandi nineteenth, but in first place in the ranking reserved for the under 23s ahead of Sebastien Guichardaz and the Swiss Arno Lietha.
In the women's field, the French Axelle Gachet Mollaret preceded the Swedish Tove Alexandersson and the Swiss Marianna Fatton, fourth Alba De Silvestro and sixth Mara Martini the best Italians, followed by Ilaria Veronese in seventh position. Out of ten Giulia Murada, twelfth, followed by Giulia Compagnoni sixteenth and Giorgia Felicetti twenty-second. In the under 20 ranking, the Azzurri are out of the top ten, with Luca Tomasoni eleventh, Alessandro Rossi twelfth, Matteo Sostizzo thirteenth and Rocco Baldini fourteenth, in the women's race first place for Samantha Bertolina in front of Lisa Moraschini, ninth Katia Mascherona.
