Triple podium for the Italy of ski mountaineering in the Individual competitions at senior level, which opened the final stage of the World Cup in the French town of Flaine. The men's test, which featured five climbs, four descents and two areas to be tackled on foot for a total of 1650 meters in altitude, was won by the Swiss Rémi Bonnet with a time of 1h29''56 "5, who preceded the finish line the host William Bon Mardion, trailing by 31 ", with third place for the Trentino Davide Magnini (1 '' 20"), who relegated Michele Boscacci down from the podium, fourth but who can smile for having earned points against his direct rival for the general World Cup, the French Thibault Anselmet who finished seventh and now has to recover 58 points from the Valtellina. In the women's field, the transalpine Axelle Gachet-Mollaret dominated again, unbeaten this season in the specialty, in front of the blue Giulia Murada, second at 2''25 "from the transalpine champion and the best placement in a race of the maximum circuit, and Alba De Silvestro third at 2''54 ”. The French Emily Harrop, Ilaria Veronese in fifth place, while Mara Martini finished eighth, Elena Nicolini fifteenth, Lisa Moreschini seventeenth, Samantha Bertolina twentieth and Katia Mascherona twenty-third. In the under 20 category, the Swiss Thomas Bussard regulated the competition by beating the French Anselme Damevin and his compatriot Robin Bussardm, fourth the German Finn Hoesch, Rocco Baldini in fifth position, Luca Tomasoni sixth and Marco Salvadori seventh remain excluded from the podium.
