Trophy Crazy Idea: excellent race and battle for the podium

The season opens the skialp great. They found ideal conditions all the participants of the trophy Crazy Idea: beautiful snow, excellent fresh thanks to the recent snow and warm sun, clear sky without clouds and no wind.

The track conditions were ideal and the race track was designed in the best way to ensure the success of the competition: a path studied in detail to avoid rocks and rock outcroppings and make the most of the 30 cm of fresh snow just fall to give the first race of the season ascents and descents perfect fun. Two ascents and two descents for each lap, plus the'' last ascent to the finish. The competitors had to deal with five changes of trim competing in a race very diverse, with many reversals and all fought outside the beaten track. Upon departure you are presented with a large group of competitors: 99 starters on 130 members, all ready to give the best of themselves. The top group traveling together, with a head to head between Michael and Robert Antonioli Boscacci, which recovered when changing d'' trim and straightening the descents. At half the initial snake had now scattered in the head and drove Boscacci, followed by Matheo Jacquemoud and Anton Palzer. At the finish here is the ranking of the first: Robert Antonioli with 52'' 44 ", Michele Boscacci 53'04" , Matheo Jacquemoud 53'24 ", fourth Anton Palzer 54 '£ 9" and a great race on a high for Thomas Trettel 55'38 "followed by Filippo Beccari 56'36". The women's podium instead saw Alessandra Cazzanelli in first place with 1h 16'' 58 "in second place with Raffaella Rossi and on the lowest rung Lucia Moraschinelli.

Il Mottarone, alto 1.492 metri, sorge in una posizione privilegiata tra il Lago Maggiore e il Lago d’Orta.
