Yesterday, 10 October, in Milan, the contract was signed for the definitive transfer of ownership of the two hotels at an altitude of 1200 meters and 1800 meters to the company "Montecampione srl".

The two real estate structures, located in the Municipality of Artogne, had been purchased in April by the bankruptcy procedure that affected the company "Stella Alpina" of Bolzano, which had obtained them, in turn, in 2018.
"Montecampione srl" has already prepared the financial and technical-building plans to be able to proceed with the next renovations of the buildings, which will, as soon as possible, be brought back to the availability of tourist flows in the prestigious Alpine area. The Dattilo Costruzioni Group of Milan, which is one of the partners of Montecampione srl, and which will mainly deal with the renovation of the hotels acquired, has already completed the preliminary urban-building administrative procedures, as well as fencing off the areas affected by the next construction sites, in order to "secure" the buildings from unauthorized access by occasional visitors.
Work will begin on the "Le Baite 1800" hotel within 60 days, while the time will be longer for the hotel at an altitude of 1200.
The successful solution of the company was also possible thanks to the precious proximity of shared interests and objectives with the two local authorities of Artogne and Pian Camuno, as well as the support from the "Consortium of Montecampione".
"Montecampione srl" has expressed interest and participation in the relaunch dynamics included in the public strategies, proposed by the Local Authorities, which allow us to glimpse, within a specific plan of investments in the territory, new possible participatory solutions among the subjects called today. to work for the tourist revitalization of the Camuna area.
