Italian snowboard cross championships in Passo San Pellegrino: Menconi and Leoni on the podium behind the Ligurian who closed the season with a bang.

Sofia Belingheri wins the absolute Italian snowboard cross title for the second time in her career, in the Passo San Pellegrino race that closed the 2021/22 vintage and saw the 26-year-old from the Fiamme Oro precede the great favorite, Michela Moioli, and the very young Marika Savoldelli. Following in the standings are Francesca Gallina, Caterina Carpano, Sofia Groblechner and Allyson Donò.
Lorenzo Sommariva dominated the men's race, and for the 28-year-old from the Army this is the first national title in his career, ahead of Matteo Menconi, Tommaso Leoni, Michele Godino and Luca Abbati.
