A walk to discover the flavors and traditions of Trentino, on the places of the Great War with food and wine stops between the huts of the Polsa San Valentino ski area.

On Saturday 1 February, Golosaneve will be held on the Bretonico Plateau, a food and wine route to be covered with snowshoes, skis or e-fat bikes for hire with 4 stops in the most panoramic huts for delicious tastings.
The route is a ring about 7 km long for a total uphill difference in height of about 360 meters. The event involves the use of snowshoes and will take place regardless of weather conditions.
In case of need, snowshoes can be rented on site at a cost of 8 euros. Mountaineering skis can also be rented (skis + bindings + skins + boots + poles) at a cost of 25 euros. Mountain bikes instead have a price starting from 30 euros. The departure is scheduled at 9 am and 11 am. The route will be open until 4 pm. Meeting point is in Polsa at Baita Laghetto.
To participate in the Golosaneve event it is necessary to book at the tourist office in Rovereto and Vallagarina or by sending an email to info@visitrovereto.it
The participation fee is 25 euros for adults and 15 euros for children up to 10 years.

Dolomiti UNESCO, il bilancio di Banca d'Italia: +9% di pernottamenti senza consumare più territorio
Il paper di Banca d'Italia analizza gli effetti sui flussi turistici e sull'ambiente nei 4 anni successivi all'iscrizione delle Dolomiti nella lista dei Patrimoni Mondiali dell'Umanità, avvenuta nel 2009. A fronte di un incremento delle presenze, il numero di strutture turistiche non è cresciuto e quello di posti letto si è ridotto. Ai maggiori flussi turistici non si è associato né un aumento del consumo di suolo né una maggiore produzione di rifiuti, dimostrando il potenziale del riconoscimento UNESCO nel generare benefici economici locali senza compromettere la qualità ambientale, a condizione che siano in atto un efficace coordinamento istituzionale e solide garanzie normative.
