One of the stars of the upcoming World Championships in Hochfilzen has to deal with an annoying unexpected. They are then formed the unknowns around Gabriela Koukalová even forced to insomuch on Sunday.

According to what is explained by Zdenek Vitek, head coach of the women's Czech team, last week a splinter entered the right thumb of the twenty-seven Bohemian.
Initially the 'happened was underrated, or perhaps even considered, because even during workouts there were big pain.
However the splinter, remained in the flesh, did infection and soon the finger of the holder of the Crystal Ball swelled and began to do much harm.
In the night between Saturday and Sunday Koukalová it is then returned to his native Jablonec nad Nisou, where his family doctor the 'has made to resolve the situation, by applying two points.
According to what the doctor said, the wound should heal within a couple of days and then Gabriela could be regularly at the start of Thursday's mixed relay. However, a situation not exactly optimal.
Certain that the 'whole story makes me smile. Who as a child did not have the same experience, with a splinter of wood to slip somewhere during some outdoor game?
Mom or Grandma on duty rushed to take a needle and disinfectant to remove it immediately, just to make sure that did not make infection.
It would have been enough really so little to careless Gabriela not to force Dr. Vladimir Dobes to open their clinic on Sunday and especially avoid the 'intervention ...
