Athletes who tested negative will be able to continue their training sessions, without coming into contact with the members of the other national teams.

Covid-19 that complicates the plans of the Ukrainian national biathlon team. The president of the federation, Volodymir Brynzak, announced yesterday that the men's team has started the fiduciary quarantine; the staff and the athletes, in fact, came into contact with a positive after their arrival in Norway, in Beitostolen, where the team's pre-season meeting is held.
Unfortunately, there is an established positive case in the team, but the entire staff showed no symptoms from Covid-19. Consequently, the Ukrainians will not be able to meet the other nationals present in the Norwegian town. All those who have been tested and found negative, will be able to safely carry out their workouts.
It is estimated that Ukraine can resume the training routine in 7-8 days, ahead of the season opening in Oestersund, on November 27th.
