With an open streak of four consecutive victories and strong success in the only previous season in the format, the Frenchman appears at the start of the Pokljuka Individual with the favors of the prediction. It will start with the number 29, six minutes after Johannes Boe and will therefore have the advantage of knowing its time. The Norwegian returns after a long stop, last presence before Christmas in Le Grand Bornand, and the birth of his firstborn Gustav. There are therefore some question marks on his state of form and it remains to be seen whether the early return to Pokljuka is functional for the preparation for the World Championships in Anterselva or to keep alive the race to the crystal ball.
