"For next year I feel I still have a great inner fire, but there is a high probability that I withdraw after the Olympic Games in 2018, as this flame becomes increasingly difficult to keep alive.
Everything will depend on how I feel next spring. If I had to understand that my motives will be the same as today, then I will continue. But if I will not, then I'll stop.
I am enormously busy. Soon I will have two children at home, where there is also my companion, a woman who sacrificed so much to allow me to compete and be at the top.
I've already won so much, and sooner or later there comes a age where you feel the need to explore something new, or to seize opportunities that arise in front of you.
Just this is the hardest part. I feel that it becomes increasingly difficult to give up everything to which you must give up in order to maintain my current lifestyle and be able to have that dedication in training.
It must also consider another fact. My body might decide to say enough for me, as happened in 2014. I am convinced that it was not a case he contracted mononucleosis that summer.
I continued to push myself to my limits, but my body gave out because of the huge efforts the previous winter.
If I had to stop, I do not exclude to come back. Besides that inner flame might light up again. However, in that case, I would spend at least two years before making a comeback ".
