After the women's test, which gave many surprises and saw the first three of the general classification of the World Cup in difficulty, tomorrow in Anterselva the men will also take to the track, engaged in the second 20 km of the season.

Snow is expected tomorrow and the blue technical staff has decided to follow the same strategy used for the women's individual. Lukas Hofer has in fact chosen the second group and will be at the start with 42, shortly before Dominik Windisch will take to the track (36). At the opening of the race there will be Thomas Bormolini, at the start with bib number 3, while the two young people of the team have been included in the third and fourth starting group. Tommaso Giacomel will therefore have 57, Didier Bionaz 85.
In total the athletes at the start will be 97, with low bibs it will be necessary to carefully follow Benedikt Doll (1) and the French Simon Desthieux (17). However, most of the possible protagonists will be concentrated between the second and third groups: Tarjei Boe will be at the start with 24, Sebastian Samuelsson with 28, Johannes Boe with 31 and Arnd Peiffer with 37.
Sturla Holm Laegreid, leader of the specialty classification by virtue of the victory obtained in Kontiolahti at the beginning of the season, will instead be at the start with 44, just before Erik Lesser, Benjamin Weger and Emilien Jacquelin. If successful, the Norwegian would mathematically conquer the crystal ball of the format. At the end of the second group there will be Fillon Maillet (50) and Fak (51), while in the third group it will be necessary to keep an eye on the Norwegians Dale (63), Christiansen (64) and Bjoentegaard (75).
