The incredible week of Team Retornaz at the Tour Challenge in Grande Prairie, Alberta ends in the quarter-finals.
In the second round of the curling Grand Slam of the season, there is a 7-5 defeat against Kevin Koe, clearly beaten by Team Trentino the day before in the last of the four group wins. His stolen hands suffered early in the game made all the difference.
Under 3-0 and then 5-1 in the middle of the game, Retornaz, Mosaner and Arman scored 3 points in the fifth but it wasn't enough. The next match for Cembra's team, which played the whole tournament with 3 players due to Giovanella's absence, is in Bern, Switzerland, starting from next Thursday.
