How do you feel to be the leader of the race and what are your goals for tomorrow.
Kovtun: It 'a great feeling to be leading the race. I'll try to skate as in China, there I enjoyed it, tomorrow I expect 3 jumps very difficult, he hoped that everything will work, I have to try to score another clean performance.
Application for Fernandez: You have a choice of music very special, known to have been already used by an Olympic champion. Why did you decide to use just this song?
 Fernandez: We decided to use a song a little 'more fun, something different for the Olympic year - usually the skaters prefer other genres .. we wanted something more light-hearted, with which to play. I know Cousins ​​skated to this music and it is a pleasure pattinarla and build a program after seeing her - I am a bit 'in love with that program. It does not seem, however, to imitate him - I think it would be impossible - but I think rather than trying to give my best to bring out something different and interesting. I'll be happy if I see to be able to implement a program almost as beautiful as her.
Application for Kovtun: Are you disappointed that Plushenko has not participated in the race, maybe you could not wait to race against him?
Kovtun: Just before the race I said I'd be happy to fight against him. I wish I could compete with a three-time Olympian and great skater. It 'a great experience and a great honor, and I hope, however, we shall meet in the race this season, maybe the Russian national skate together.
Application for Machida: How do you feel to be entered in the final race which will be held in Japan? And what do you think of your performance today?
Machida: How Japanese are very happy that we are hosting the final of the grand prix, where I want to skate better than usual. I want to focus on my free program to the tune of "The Firebird" by Stravinsky, it is an honor to skate on this music and now I want to show my seriousness to the Russian public.
Application for Kovtun: You said you wanted to compete against Plushenko to the best of his condition. Today, your score is higher than its record stability at Euro 2010, when he was at his best form. What do you think?
Kovtun: Not Sure. Plushenko has not skated in races "normal" year, such as contests ISU where the scores are always a little 'different. When skate elsewhere, at least to Russian national, I begin to think about this comparison.
