The German Alexander Bjelde was imposed by a wide margin in the junior men's competition of the sixteenth edition of the Merano Cup

The eighteen year old Oberstdorf, after dominating the first leg of the race, has been repeated in the free program, claiming that the greater experience and maturity at the time of interpretation superior to opponents largely younger. In the free program has well completed two double axel and five triple jumps by creating a vacuum on both the technical score in each item of the program components.

As for the other guys Italian, the best was the fourteen year old Adrien Bannister, unique groped and nearly complete a combination with two triples. The youngest athlete in the race he finished in fifth place and preceded Carlo Vittorio Palermo, in the recent past at the court of Lorenzo Magri, Giorgio and Marco Settembrini Zandron.
