Artur Dmitriev and Sonia Bianchetti introduced in the Hall of Fame

Lawrence Mondschein, president of the "Hall of Fame" of figure skating, announced ii names of eight persons & agrave; prominent that will be part of the class of 2015 induced.

" Among the new induced includes the names of: Artur Dmtriev (RUS), the only athlete capable of winning two Olympic titles between pairs of art with two different partners; Natalia Mishkutionok (RUS), winner alongside Dmitriev Albertvielle Olympic Games in 1992; Oksana Kazakova (RUS), winner alongside Dmitriev Olympic Games in Nagano in 1998; Sonia Bianchetti Gentle (ITA), member and president dell''International Skating Union between 1967 and 1988, member of the board HDI between 1988 and 1992, the judge in all editions of the Olympic Games between 1964 and 1988, before woman to fill the role of "referee" in a world championship, the first woman to be elected in the technical committee dell''International Skating Union, the first woman to fill the role of president of the Technical Commission as well & egrave; first woman to be elected to the council ISU; June Markham (GBR), world champion of dance in 1957 and 1958 alongside Courtney Jones; Doreen Denny (GBR), world champion of dance in 1959 and 1960 alongside Courtney Jones; the deceased Eduard Engelmann (AUT), European champion between 1892 and 1894, as well as & egrave; inventor in 1909 of the first artificial track outdoor; the late Henry Eugene Vandervel (GBR), author in 1869 of the text "A System of Figure-Skating" milestone in the history of the discipline.
