C) All skaters / couples who do not qualify for the free program will get 18 points, including a pair of art which sits seventeenth.
Moving from theory to practice, now becomes easy to understand how many seats will be available to each country for the next World Championships. Obviously, all countries have enrolled all''ISU right to be present at each race, provided they are in possession of athletes with the necessary technical scores.
