Nordic Skiingabsolute
From 26 to 28 March, in the town at the foot of the Pale di San Martino, the tricolors "Assoluti" and "Giovani" 2021 will be awarded. The event was confirmed through an official press release from the organizers.

After the World Cup season, it is the turn of the Italian Absolute and Youth 2021 Cross-Country Skiing Championships. This is the last act of the Italian season, which will be staged on the snows of Passo Cereda, a few kilometers from San Martino di Castrozza.
The slopes of the Passo Cereda Cross-Country Center have been perfectly prepared, thanks to the precious work of the staff of the Unione Sportiva Primiero San Martino. Two of the athletes who will play the Italian title on their home snow have grown up in this club: Ilaria Debertolis and Giandomenico Salvadori. In addition to Debertolis and Salvadori, all the big names of Italian cross-country skiing will be competing, engaged in a triptych of breathtaking races.
On Thursday 25th the athletes will be able to view and test the tracks. It starts with the assignment of the titles on Friday 26, when the 10 km female and 15 km male will be staged, both in classic (under 23 and senior category). Saturday 27 will be the turn of the relay races, when they are scheduled: the 3x5 km female (one fraction in classic plus two in skating), the 4x7.5 km male category Young, while for the seniors there will be a test with two male fractions ( 7.5 km each alternating) and one for women (5 km) in skating. Sunday 28 ends with the mass starts in free technique: with the 50 km for men and the 30 km for women.
There is also space for the youth competitions, which will all be played in free technique. For the under 16 there will be a 7.5 km female and a 10 km male, for the under 20 a 10 km female and a 20 km male, for the under 23 a 20 km female and a 30 km male.
The event will take place behind closed doors, by virtue of current regulations, and the awards will be held on the site of the competition field.
