Biography: Adrian Pertl is an Austrian specialist in the technical disciplines, with a particular focus on slalom. Born in 1996 in Carinthia, he first made his name at junior level by winning the world junior slalom title in Are in 2017 and debuted on the World Cup in 2018 at Schladming. His breakthrough came at the 2021 World Championships in Cortina d Ampezzo, where he took the silver medal in the slalom, confirming himself as one of the best of the new generation. On the World Cup tour he has claimed a podium and several top ten results, building his career on strong feel and reactivity between the gates.
