Crans-Montana is ready: snow check ok towards the key weekend of 21-23 February

The acquisition of the canceled descent at Rosa Khutor, to transform the weekend into a crucial triptych for the World Cup, both in terms of general classification and for the assignment of specialty cups, had already removed all doubts about the goodness of the work done in Crans-Montana to host the women's circuit again this year. After Kranjska Gora, from 21 to 23 February we will move to the symbolic location of the Canton of Valais: we will start on Thursday 20 with the only test of the descent, then on Friday here is the recovery race, the next day a second descent and on Sunday the Alpine combined (super-g plus slalom), which will arrive 40 days after the first and so far only event held in Altenmarkt-Zauchensee. The FIS snow check has therefore given a positive result and in Crans-Montana there is a fundamental three days, practically at "Casa Brignone" since Fede has won the last three editions of the combined race held on Swiss snow. Be careful though, because even in the two planned descents (on a very technical slope) the Aosta Valley could combine it big ...
