I have learned the lessons from experiences both negative and positive as that year I won a lot of races and the Cup of specialty. It was the best year of my career, everything was easier, I was the leader that everyone watched and tried to copy to learn. But there have also been the most difficult times, as many times as I had to return to high levels both physically and head after an injury. Everything is served and all are happy, even in these difficult times because in the end are the ones that make you mature.
The smile is one of your main characteristics. Even during your many injuries you never missed. How did you find the strength to get up every time up?
The greatest strength is the passion that I have for skiing. Skiing and the races I love it, it's my life. When I was still in the hospital or rehabilitation do the first thing I wanted was to get back on skis. I was also fortunate to have so many people around who helped me, pulled me out in difficult times and has always believed in me and in my abilities. They made me understand that they were expecting me and that I had to keep coming back. I was also lucky that I recovered well from injury.
