Twenty-five years after Alberto Tomba, a blue is back to win the trophy awarded by the international association of ski journalists. Due to the pandemic, Fede had to wait until today.

The team event day at the World Cup finals in Lenzerheide was also the occasion to deliver a prize which, as far as Italian skiing is concerned, is really precious.
After Alberto Tomba in 1995, an Italian athlete was elected for the “Skieur d''Or AIJS”, the prize awarded by the members of the international association of ski journalists. Obviously we are talking about Federica Brignone, who had to wait until today to receive the recognition related to 2020 and her triumphs in the World Cup, from the first historical absolute crystal ball for a blue woman, to the giant and combined cups brought to home from the Aosta Valley champion.
