The indiscretion: Mauro Pini one step away from returning to the track to drive ... Petra Vlhova!

The Ticino technician ready to work with the Slovak champion, after five years in Petra with Livio Magoni.

The indiscretion is sensational and, in fact, only the signatures would be missing. Petra Vlhova is one step away from the choice of Mauro Pini as the new head coach of "Team Vlhova", who officially separated from Livio Magoni on 6 April, at the end of the gold season with the historic conquest of the World Cup absolute. Five very intense years with the Bergamo coach to guide it and now the Slovak champion is ready to start a new adventure with the Ticino coach. Pini, born in 1965, has a huge amount of experience in the white circus, from his very early beginnings to leading the Spain of Maria José Rienda Contreras in 2002 and bringing the "first" Lara Gut to the top, to then lead the Swiss national team with various roles and on multiple levels. Finally, the collaboration with Tina Maze and a thousand other commitments, from the work with RSI to the technical commentary of the races up to the management of the plants of his Airolo. In the new team of the crystal ball holder, the skiman who has recently worked with Ester Ledecka (and previously with Sarka Strachova), or Milos Machytka, would also be ready to join, replacing Gigi Parravicini.
