On 28-29 December the restart of the Women's World Cup with the two Austrian technical competitions. Eight athletes in giant, seven in slalom, where Brignone will also be there.

After the weekend entirely canceled in Val d''Isère, the women's World Cup will start again from Lienz, in eastern Tyrol, for the two technical competitions at the end of the year.
On Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 December, in Austria there is therefore a giant and a slalom, with Italy presenting in the first case eight athletes at the starting gate, with the confirmation of Valentina Cillara Rossi after the summons of Courchevel and the novelty represented from the insertion of Lara Della Mea, to her fifth World Cup giant (in the previous 4 she never obtained the qualification), without Francesca Marsaglia among the players called, since the Piedmontese by adoption will devote herself to speed thinking already to 2020.
Together with the Ligurian and the Friulian, here is Federica Brignone, Marta Bassino, Sofia Goggia, Irene Curtoni, Roberta Midali and Laura Pirovano. In slalom, however, seven athletes with Brignone who will do an encore, to look for a weight result that has already touched in Killington before going out in the 2nd round, and the sextet with Curtoni, Della Mea, Peterlini, Midali, Gulli and Rossetti .
