On Saturday and Sunday, Sestriere will host the Women's World Cup again, with the giant on the "Kandahar G.A. Agnelli â€at the opening of the program and the first time of the parallel giant for the pink sector.
Italy gets there in one of its most beautiful historical moments in an absolute sense, and even the last race saw two athletes get on the podium, with Federica Brignone and Marta Bassino first and third in the combined Altenmarkt-Zauchensee. Just the Aosta Valley and the Piedmontese will be the most awaited women in the giant on Saturday and, together with Sofia Goggia, Laura Pirovano and Karoline Pichler, they will approach the challenges on the Hill by training, between Wednesday and Thursday, in the Artesina Mondolèski area.
On the Cuneo snows, the blue will work under the orders of the head coach Gianluca Rulfi, assisted by Paolo Deflorian, Daniele Simoncelli and Marcello Tavola, with the confirmation of the return of Pichler (pending only the official call-up) in the World Cup, after that the South Tyrolean had missed the giants of Courchevel and Lienz following a fairly complicated start to the season.
