In training at the Druskininkai indoor facility, the Slovakian star prepares in top conditions. With the Bergamo technician and his all-Italian staff taking care of every detail.

Since the beginning of this first week of August, Petra has been working in the Snow Arena of Druskininkai, in the south of Lithuania, for the first training camp far from the snows of the Stelvio, which hosted her between June and July; at his side, of course, there is a staff by now very tested and almost entirely of Italian origin. The head coach Livio Magoni, who has followed her since 2016 after winning everything with Tina Maze, has a clear idea in mind: to work with professionalism, humility and great dedication to get to the top.
Vlhova is now ready to fight for that dream called the general World Cup and the attention to detail that the Bergamo technician puts on the track with his men, day after day, is simply impressive; as in the case of this work on the Lithuanian snows (scheduled until next 12 August) of an indoor facility perfectly maintained, from the wetting of the track (450 meters in length to dedicate to slalom and mini giant) to the post-training video analysis, while Petra he also goes out on mountain bike to continue the global preparation work towards the next season which, as known since yesterday, will start a week earlier with the Soelden giant on October 17th.
We bet that last year's 14th place on Rettenbach, when the Slovakian showed up in less than optimal physical condition after a very difficult summer, will remain just a distant memory?
