It is Nadia Delago who makes the difference in the first round of the descent of the Italian Absolute Championships, which from today to Sunday will experience the second act with the speed races (and the Alpine combined) in Santa Caterina Valfurva, after the techniques that have been staged in Livigno.
The 23-year-old from Val Gardena confirms her growth, already shown this year in the first real year at high levels in the World Cup, closing today's training on the "Deborah Compagnoni", where Bassino, Brignone and obviously Goggia do not compete downhill, with 57 one hundredths advantage over Ilka Stuhec, in Valtellina to continue working with a view to the 2021/22 season, and 6/10 over the second Italian and one of the great favorites for the Italian title, Elena Curtoni.
At 66 cents here is Francesca Marsaglia, Roberta Melesi pays 1 ”31 (who could do very well especially in super-g), ahead of Sosio, Pirovano who is now at 1” 88, Schranzhofer and Runggaldier. Waiting for today's men's test, for the girls the appointment is already set for Saturday morning with the second test and then the race that will assign the third Italian title of this 2021 review.
