Mikaela Shiffrin is the very favorite to complete the Semmering triptych, after the giant slalom triumphs, given what the American star did in the first run of the slalom on the "Panorama", finished with over 7 tenths of an advantage over Swenn Larsson, 8 over Moltzan and Duerr and a full second compared to the two most anticipated rivals, Vlhova and Holdener who will have to recover from fifth and sixth position.
In seventh, at 1”19 and with the concrete possibility of fighting for her first podium in CdM, the Croatian Zrinka Ljutic.

There will be no blue at the start of the 2nd heat, with Marta Rossetti first excluded (31st, 9 cents from the pass) and nothing to do for Lorenzi, Della Mea, Peterlini (returning) and Gulli as well.
