Carlo Janka also became a father, with the birth of little Ellie at dawn, the result of love with his partner Jennifer Rizzi, known in the autumn of 2017.
For the 2010 Olympic giant champion in Vancouver, who will turn 33 on October 15th, a nice boost towards a season that will see him having to chase after the Swiss national team, after the difficulties (and the thousand injuries) of recent years. Janka, however, has decided to try again and will be at the starting gate with one more supporter.
"The three of us are doing well and now we are thinking of recovering from this long night," the Graubünden sprinter wrote in a social post that revealed the birth of the child.
