The World Cup rankings after the Zagreb slalom: Pinturault returns to the front, but collects crumbs and the Norwegian will be able to fight already in the two giants of Adelboden. Feller very close to the top 7 in the WCSL.

The pattern is very similar to last season. A lot is expected in the technical disciplines from Alexis Pinturault and Henrik Kristoffersen then, punctually, everything is disregarded and like an ant Aleksander Aamodt Kilde finds himself in full race for the absolute crystal ball.
And so it seems to be able to go again this year, given that after the success of the French in the giant in Alta Badia and of the Norwegian with the miraculous second run in the Campiglio slalom, today in Zagreb the two favorites for the World Cup have once again disappointed : 10th HK94, 18th the native of Courchevel who returns to the overall leader, but with only 10 points over Kilde before the two giants from Adelboden who will see the four contenders all on track on Friday and Saturday, since Marco Odermatt himself could bet to the summit (even if on Sunday there will be slalom).
The third slalom (of the eleven scheduled) staged today in Zagreb has already reshuffled the cards also in terms of specialty classification; Manuel Feller took the red bib for the first time in his career, overcoming Kristoffersen by 44 points, with Strasser now third but a very open fight that sees Alex Vinatzer himself 7th, but only 100 points from the Austrian in command . It should be noted that Noel and Yule, perhaps the two main favorites for the trophy, will now have all the classics available, but they find themselves very far away having not obtained any podium in the first three races (a decidedly anomalous fact).
WCSL chapter: the first seven positions do not change, but now Manuel Feller is very close (20 pt) to Pinturault to blow the first sub-group from him, also in the aims of Strasser and with Vinatzer who now finds himself two other rivals for this goal. At home in Italy, Moelgg and Maurberger are quite stable, they are on the border of the top 30 Gross and Razzoli, called to obtain a good ranking in Adelboden in order not to risk sinking.
