Campiglio opens ticket sales (only 3000) for 3Tre; the point on the Italian stages

On December 22, the slalom on the Canalone Miramonti: limited access and only to Super green pass holders. Bormio yesterday announced the "closed doors", reduced capacity for Val Gardena and Alta Badia (with the risk of lockdown).

Just under a month away from the great night of Madonna di Campiglio and the expectation is growing for 3Tre, the World Cup night slalom scheduled for Wednesday 22 December (first heat at 5.45 pm, the second at 8.45 pm). After the 2020 edition held behind closed doors, today the 3Tre Committee officially opened the ticket office on the new official website of the event, www.3trecampiglio.it. In compliance with the provisions on social distancing, there are just over 3000 tickets available for the 68th edition of the very classic on the Miramonti gully, with tickets that can be purchased exclusively online. To access, it will be necessary to show the Super green pass (vaccination or recovery from Covid-19 in the previous six months), children under the age of 12 exempt. Given the particular situation, the 3Tre Committee worked on a new organization of the areas; in the South Area (standing on the left side of the track - 5 Laghi entrance) four different zones have been distinguished - A, B, C and D - while sector E is located in the North Area (standing on the right side of the slope - entrance from Piazzale Montana), and will be destined for Ski Club and Fan Club. The picture is completed by sector F, called 3Tre Vip Experience (standing in the area adjacent to the finish line) and sector G (3Tre terrace with seating) called 3Tre Super Vip Experience. Prices start at 10 euros (plus presale rights) in area D, and go up to 150 euros (plus presale rights) for the most exclusive experience. THE OTHER ITALIAN STAGES Let's analyze the current situation, just a few weeks after the classic block of Italian races of the men's World Cup scheduled for mid to late December, also relating to the stages of Val Gardena, Alta Badia and Bormio. On the Saslong, for the super-g on Friday 17 December and the descent on Saturday 18, capacity reduced to 75% and tickets already on sale, but it is clear that the lockdown is back in reality in twenty municipalities in Alto Adige (including Santa Cristina) puts the presence of the public in Val Gardena at great risk. As for the two giants on the Gran Risa, on Sunday 19 and Monday 20, the organizing committee of Alta Badia, led by Andy Varallo, has already reduced the possibility of presence on the track to just 800 spectators. Finally, for the descent and super-g on the “Stelvio” in Bormio, on Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 December, a new closed-door edition was announced yesterday, presenting the event in Milan.
