The men's World Cup teams engaged on the two glaciers: Vinatzer and associates have concluded a week of good work, four more days of training for the gigantists.

Saas-Fee and Zermatt represent the basis of the work for the Azzurri who returned to the snow of the Swiss glaciers this week. While the girls of the elite and multi-purpose groups will remain in Breuil-Cervinia until Wednesday 26, the men's slalom team led by Jacques Theolier finished the session scheduled in Saas-Fee from last Wednesday. For Vinatzer, Gross, Liberatore, Sala and Moelgg (Giuliano Razzoli was retired, as well as Simon Maurberger still in the pits of course) an important rally two months after the first held at the Stelvio in June and a couple of weeks after the conclusion of the second, always on the glacier between South Tyrol and Lombardy. The group of gigantists, including Borsotti, Tonetti, De Aliprandini, Zingerle and Nani, has only been up for a couple of days and will finish the rally in Saas-Fee on Thursday 27th; Alberto Ghidoni's downhill skiers are busy in Zermatt, accelerating their operations with Innerhofer, Casse, Marsaglia, Buzzi, Prast and Schieder on the track until Wednesday 26.
