The fourth success in twelve races of the men's European Cup already places Italy as a reference on a continental level, in the first part of the season simply extraordinary.

On the perfect day in Vaujany, however, there is to underline how the group of technical disciplines led by Devid Salvadori managed to bring out all the talent of Tobias Kastlunger, 7th Sunday in the first slalom and today 6th, in addition to the excellent tests by Francesco Gori and Hannes Zingerle themselves, while Fabian Bacher will also look for the result in two days on the 3Tre, where last year he wasted a very good chance.
The European Cup will instead return to the protagonist on Friday and Saturday (first test scheduled on Wednesday) in Wengen, where two descents will be staged with the Azzurri who will try to carve out a leading role, with Alexander Prast himself sixth in the general classification still led by Tommaso Sala, despite the forced absence of the Brianza from the two slaloms of Vaujany.
The Brianza is now defending 26 points on the Norwegian McGrath, today second, and 82 on the German Holzmann, who in turn is second in the slalom ranking that sees Sala ahead of all despite only three races played on the five that went on stage.
