Lele Buzzi and a lot of work on the basic technique: "It was important to adapt to the Stelvio"

First eleven days and many km on skis for the sappadino, who will return with his speed mates for a second block of work from 18 to 24 June.

The Stelvio will wait for them again from the middle of next week, hoping to find better conditions than those of the last days on the glacier. They are the boys of Alberto Ghidoni and among these there is Emanuele Buzzi, who said he was happy with the work done on the glacier, for this very special first meeting. The class' '94 told about this phase of preparation on its website: “The meeting at the Stelvio was an excellent chance to have a glacier all to ourselves. We worked a little on everything - giant, slalom and sometimes long skis - trying to do many kilometers on skis. It was important to find the feeling with the snow and with the technical gesture after a three-month stop. The conditions of the first days were optimal, then the weather worsened, with snow and fog to complicate things. But we adapted and managed to work well. I believe that the password will have to be flexibility, in the coming weeks and months, both as regards training and as regards competitions. There is still uncertainty in both areas and we will have to be good at adapting to new situations ".
