First problems in Saalbach-Hinterglemm: first test of the descent already canceled

Bad weather forces us to postpone everything for 24 hours: only one training is scheduled on Wednesday before the descent (Thursday) and the super-G on Friday.

The new adventure of Saalbach-Hinterglemm in the World Cup certainly does not start well. Home to the non-disputed recovery races in Yanqing, the Austrian resort will host the eighth downhill of the men's season on Thursday and a super-g on Friday; today, however, the first of the two scheduled rehearsals will not take place, already canceled at 7 in the morning (it should have been disputed at 12.45) due to bad weather and negative weather forecasts. Therefore, only one training remains on the calendar on Wednesday, but there is also the possibility that, although the races have been brought forward compared to the weekend to ensure that the athletes then engaged in Japan on 22-23 February, they could prepare with giant calm and slalom scheduled in Yuzawa Naeba, also take advantage of Saturday in case of further postponements.
