In the women's race, the hostess Piera Hudson had the upper hand, set for only 14 cents on the Swiss Vanessa Kasper, with the British Alex Tilley third at 44 cents: the blue who are living the whole trip overseas, or the young Greta Lattuada and Ottavia Barra Caracciolo, placed respectively in 9th and 16th place.
The male giant saw Magnus Walch rejoice once again, with the Austrian who burned Swiss Pierre Bugnard by 14 cents and Maarten Meiners from Holland. Many Italians in the race, even as in Coronet Peak last week, did not reach top-level finishes: Daniele Sorio was again the best, with 9th place at 80 cents from the winner, Roberto Nani 12th at 1 "32, Stefano Baruffaldi 17th at 1" 73, Pietro Franceschetti 21st at 2 "05 and Alex Hofer 22nd at 2" 09, while Lorenzo Thomas Bini finished 40th.
