A double hit really not bad, for a house that has already under contract three absolute stars like Marcel Hirscher, Mikaela Shiffrin and Sofia Goggia.
Atomic has in fact renewed for another two years the link with Stephanie Venier, the Austrian sprinter who did so well in the last season (obtaining the first victory in the World Cup, in the descent of Garmisch) and is now an absolute reference point considered also the age (25 years) of the native of Innsbruck.
The bang of the day, however, is the announcement of Aleksander Aamodt Kilde: the Norwegian sprinter has in fact decided to go back to wearing the materials of the house of Altenmarkt, after two seasons not too happy with Head just when everyone expected the real jump of quality to try to fight also for the absolute crystal ball, considering the versatility of AAK.
The class '92 indeed achieved only one victory, in the descent of the Val Gardena last December 15th (without medals between the Olympics and the World Championship), from the signing in summer 2017 that had followed the adventure with the Austrian brand, with which he literally exploded also winning the super-g World Cup at the end of the 2015/16 season.
