The initiative of the Cortina 2021 Foundation: the fourteen splendid glass plates that would go to the winners, can be purchased by enthusiasts.

An initiative aimed at helping out in the heart of the Coronavirus emergency. It is the one launched by the Cortina 2021 Foundation, which took the field in support of the Belluno hospital. The organizing committee, which was also in charge of organizing the World Cup finals, scheduled for March 18-22 before the cancellation, decided to open a charity auction with the trophies that would go to the winners up for grabs.
The campaign "Cortina 2021 for Belluno - The Trophies of the World Cup Finals to do good", will allow fans to buy the fourteen splendid glass plates, handmade by the Pio Alverà Glassworks in the wake of the tradition of Ampezzo craftsmanship , for a fundraiser aimed at supporting the Belluno Hospital - AULSS 1 Dolomiti, which in recent weeks has been at the forefront of the fight against Covid-19.
Each dish has the wording "Cortina 2020 Audi Fis Sk World Cup Finals" and the specialty for each race: the auction will have a total duration of ten days, until Thursday 9 April, and will be hosted on CharityStars, the digital platform Italian dedicated to fundraising, with auction base for each piece starting from a minimum of 50 euros. "As organizing committee of the finals, we felt the duty to make our contribution in this complex phase that our country is going through - the statement by Valerio Giacobbi, CEO of Fondazione Cortina 2021 - We have thus decided to give all fans the possibility of winning the trophies of the white circus and at the same time supporting the Belluno Hospital, the main health facility at the provincial level.
We must look forward with confidence, trusting in the great desire to share that our territory is demonstrating ".
