In Friuli Venezia Giulia the three days for the conclusion of the 2022 season, with Italy expected to be the protagonist after the victories of Dizin and Cortina.

Technical director Fausto Cerentin has communicated the list of players called up for the finals of the 2022 World Cup of grass skiing, which will take place on the Friulian slopes of Sauris.
There will be sixteen blues who will take to the track next weekend, where three days of entertainment are scheduled. The program includes the departure with the male and female giant on Friday 9 September (first heat at 10.45, second at 13.00), while on Saturday 10th there will be slalom, always at the same times. Grand finale on Sunday 11th with the two super giants set for 10.45 am.
The Italian team will be led by captain Lorenzo Gritti, fresh from his first seasonal success in the super-g of Cortina d''Ampezzo. Also awaited for the junior world champion Filippo Zamboni and Daniele Buio, who this season took their first career victory on the top circuit. In the men there will also be Nicholas Anziutti, Michael Bertagno, Davide Saviane, Alex Galler, Roberto Cerentin, Nathan Seganti, Otto Pasini, Nicolò Pettini and Nicolò Schiavetti.
The women's team will be able to count on Margherita Mazzoncini's excellent form - three seasonal World Cup victories between Dizin and Cortina - as well as Antonella Manzoni's experience. Federica Libardi and Federica Milesi were also present among the summons.
The men's general classification is firmly in the hands of the Czech Martin Bartak, who stands out with 756 points against the 456 of the second classified Lorenzo Gritti. Third position for the Swiss Mirko Hueppi (365 points), followed by the two Azzurri Filippo Zamboni and Daniele Buio, respectively at 359 and 344. Situation much more uncertain in the women, where the Czech leaders Eliska Rejchrtova (570 points) is closely followed by Margherita Mazzoncini - only 30 points behind - for a season finale that promises to be incandescent, with the other Czech Karolina Rasovska in third place with 521 points.
