The finals of the maximum circuit in Lazio open with the third place of the Piedmontese in the 5 km that sees Soemskar still dominate. Among the youngest, spectacular successes by Maria Gismondi (ahead of Ghiddi for another Italian one-two) and Gabriele Rigaudo.

Elisa Sordello finished in third place in the women's 5 km of the first day of competitions for the finals of the Roller Ski World Cup, scheduled in Amatrice.
On the Lazio track, the Cuneo athlete finished at 1 '' 16 "6 from the winner, the usual Swedish Linn Soemskar (14 '' 57" 4), increasingly leader of the general classification and capable of beating by 56 "3 l '' Ukrainian Viktoriia Olekh. At home Italy, eighth place for Elisa Rossato, the only other blue in the race, while Lisa and Anna Bolzan did not start the competition.
Blue double instead in the junior category, with Maria Gismondi hoisting herself on the top step of the podium thanks to a time of 15''37 "2 and with the leader of the CdM category classification, Anna Maria Ghiddi, second at 48" 7 from her partner team. In third place the Kazakh Mariya Gerachshenko with 1 '' 46 "5 behind, in the top ten for the Italian national team also Laura Mortagna and Camilla Crippa, respectively in sixth and seventh place, while Sabrina Borettaz finished in twelfth position.
And another triumph of the Italian team has arrived among the jr, with the pearl in the men's race of Gabriele Rigaudo, able to precede the leader of the cup classification, Anton Grahn, by just over 3 ”; on the podium together with the Piedmontese from the Maritime Alps and the Swede, another blue rose due to the third place of Giovanni Lorenzetti (already bronze at the recent World Championships in Madona). Very good placements also for Marco Gaudenzio (5th), Giacomo Schivo (6th) and Riccardo Munari (7th), with Antonio Tazzioli ninth.
