Double top ten for Sordello and Galassi in the opening of the roller ski CdM: the Norwegians dominate

In Telemark, good results for the Azzurri at the senior level, while among the jr here is the podium of Anna Maria Ghiddi.

Norwegian double in the women's 10 km, opening race for the senior women's category in the World Cup of roller skis. On the home track of Telemark, Marte Skaanes won - with a time of 23''23 ”0 - on her national teammate Ragnhild Haga, who was 31” 3 behind. Third place for the Swedish Linn Soemskar at 31 ”6. Elisa Sordello, the only blue in the race, finished in ninth position. In the men's 16.5 km it was always the hosts who played the lion's share, thanks to the hat-trick scored by Simen Krueger - first in 33''30 "6 - followed by Martin Nyenget (+52" 6) and Hans Holund (+ 1''11 ”7), top level athletes in the world cross-country skiing. Michael Galassi turned out to be the best of the Italians in the race finishing in eighth place, followed by Matteo Tanel 16th, Riccardo Masiero 18th, Tommaso Dellagiacoma 19th, Alberto Dalla Via 31th, Jacopo Giardina 34th, Emanuele Becchis 35th and Michele Valerio 38th. Anna Maria Ghiddi climbed to the lowest step of the podium in the women's 7.5 km valid for the junior category. The 17-year-old Italian roller skier finished 41 ”4 behind the winner, the Norwegian Mabel Amundsen, first with a time of 16''24” 8. The Scandinavian team also signed the double, thanks to the second place of Milla Andreassen who arrived just 1 ”6 behind. Hosts able to occupy all the steps of the podium in the junior men's race, where Lars Heggen covered the 10 km of the track in 21''10 "6, clearing Per Tollehaug and Tobias Aarekol, respectively at 1''10" 2 and 1''18 "2. Italy closes with two athletes in the top ten thanks to the seventh place of Aksel Artusi and the eighth of Marco Gaudenzio.
