This afternoon came Wisla's first single Summer Grand Prix 2017. One of the triumphs was Dawid Kubacki, surely the strongest athlete this weekend. He also smashes Italy, with 3 athletes in the points area and the astonishing 8th position of Sebastian Colloredo.

Kubacki, one of the favorite favorites on the eve after the good performance of recent days, made a good first jump but only placed him in sixth place, 5.1 points away from Team Mate Maciej Kot. The 1990 class athlete then made the difference in the second run, where he landed at 132.5 m and re-set to the final win.
Poland scored twice as Kot settled in the honor square, which exceeded 3.4 by the fellow countryman. On the last step of the podium came to surprise Karl Geiger, surely above the expectations of the eve, made two very convincing jumps.
At the 4th place, Daniel Andre Tande came to the end, losing position in the middle of the race. The Norwegian preceded Stefan Hula, excellent 5th, and Roman Koudelka 6th, who missed the chance to pick up on the podium with a second jarring only discreet.
The Blue Colloredo has achieved a resounding result in light of the expectations of the eve, reaching 7th. This was the result of two great performances, with which he has equaled the best ever result in a Summer GP competition, which has been 11 years old. The Friulian has collected precious points in the World Ranking List world today, succeeding in entering the top 55 positions. So Italy will have the right to deploy 3 athletes starting from the races scheduled in September at Chaikovsky.
In addition to the Yellow Flames carrier, Davide Bresadola and Alex Insam also scored points, ranking 17th and 23nd respectively, signaling excellent team performance.
Anze Semenic was the author of an extraordinary comeback in the second part of the race, moving from 22nd to 11th, completing the second run score. Slovenian preceded Gregor Schlierenzauer 12th, who again made a fair trial. Great news also for Finland, with Ville Larinto 14th and Antti Aalto just outside the points area.
They still have not reached the top of the form Peter Prevc 16th and Andreas Wellinger 19th, like home athlete Kamil Stoch, unexpectedly 31st and not qualified for the second part of the race.
The general ranking reflects exactly the result today, with Kubacki leader (100), followed by Kot (80) and Geiger (60).
Next appointment with Hinterzarten's two-week Summer GP, qualifying on Friday, August 28, followed by individual competition the next day.
