Nordic Skiingworld Cup
Raw Air ends early, also the Planica World Championships canceled (which we will see in 2021). Chaos in the background, while biathlon wants to arrive on Sunday.

All stopped, or almost.
The various winter disciplines, with the Nordic sector following the cancellations of the Alps, are stopping earlier than the natural end of the season, as is now happening in the whole panorama of world sport.
This afternoon it was the turn of the ski jump, with Raw Air interrupted even before moving to Vikersund and Trondheim and the Scandinavian trophy classification went to Kamil Stoch, but above all the overall World Cup classification conquered, for the second time in career, by Stefan Kraft. A clear success, however, that of the Austrian, who preceded Karl Geiger and Ryoyu Kobayashi.
The World Championships scheduled for next week in Planica have also been canceled, or rather postponed to 2021, while news is still awaited, as well as for the final snowboardcross stage in Veysonnaz, as regards the cross-country skiing sprints scheduled for the week -end in Quebec City. Some national teams, Sweden and the Czech Republic in the first place, are literally fleeing from Canada, but the FIS has not yet canceled the North American tour that was supposed to close the World Cup (while it is already certain that it will not compete in Minneapolis).
Finally the biathlon, with the IBU confirming the closing of the World Cup for Sunday, without changing the Kontiolahti program, opened today by the men's sprint, after the cancellation of the final stage in Oslo. For Dorothea Wierer, who today however officially toasts the specialty cup in the mass start, there are thus two races left to be held to defend the primacy which would mean second consecutive crystal ball.
Unless surprises of the last hour, the crucial women's sprint will also be staged tomorrow, also with a view to pursuing Saturday, at this point the last race of the season.
