This weekend gets underway in Klingenthal the 35th Men's World Cup in ski jumping. Unlike what happened in the last 18 years, the opening race of the'' winter will not take place in a Nordic country, but in Germany.

The ranking by nation of podiums is driven by'' Austria placed 6 times in the first three positions. Followed by Poland (3), Switzerland (3), Norway (1) Slovenia (1) and Japan (1).
