New appointment in Maranza for the blue sledding World Cup team on an artificial slope, convened by the technical director Armin Zoeggeler for two days of meeting, until Wednesday 1 September. The following athletes will be engaged together with the athletic trainer Matthias Schnitzer and the technician Kurt Brugger: Dominik Fischnaller, Kevin Fischnaller, Lukas Gufler, Emanuel Rieder, Fabian Malleier, Simon Kainzwaldner, Ivan Nagler, Leon Felderer, Ludwig Rieder, Patrick Rastcher, Sandra Robatscher , Andrea Voetter, Nina Zoeggeler, Verena Hofer and Marion Oberhofer.
The sports director of the bobsleigh national team, Maurizio Oioli, has instead chosen 11 athletes for the meeting of the CdM team scheduled on the Cesana Pariol thrust piston, from Saturday 4th to Thursday 9th September. They are Patrick Baumgartner, Enrico Ghilardini, Eric Fantazzini, Alex Pagnini, Mattia Variola, Lorenzo Bilotti, Robert Mircea, Costantino Ughi, Alessandro Fierro, Josè Obou and Alex Verginer. Also present were the technicians Giovanni Mulassano, Simone Bertazzo, Marco Boni and Leandro Lorenz.
SLEDGING ON NATURAL TRACK
Armin Zoeggeler has summoned Daniel Gruber, Matthias Lambacher, Laurin Kompatscher, Florian Haselrieder, Stefan Federer and Greta Pinggera, members of the natural toboggan team, for the meeting scheduled in Lana today, with technicians Karl Damian and Mattias Schnitzer, while Gruber and Haselrieder themselves, together with Nadine Staffler, will train on Thursday 2 September again in the South Tyrolean location.
