At Tomaszow Mazowiecki, the Roman is still the protagonist between the mass start and 1500 meters in the second seasonal appointment.

No podium for the Italy of speed skating, in the second stage of the World Cup staged on the Polish ice of Tomaszow Mazowiecki, but a series of good placings for the Azzurri.
Starting from those obtained by Francesca Lollobrigida, who had already given the first seasonal hurrà the previous week in Minsk, with 3rd place in the mass start, and in her favorite specialty she finished in eighth place, with Noemi Bonazza just behind her in ninth.
The point of the Military Aeronautics, then, was placed again eighth in the 1500 meters, with Bonazza 17th.
With regard to the men's blue sector, the good result of the team pursuit should be underlined, with Andrea Giovannini, Nicola Tumolero and Michele Malfatti fifth on the finish line; 16th place, finally, for Mirko Giacomo Nenzi in the 500 meters division B.
