Speed skating: from today to Sunday in Norway, the world championship with the two-time Olympic medalist who leads a national team with important ambitions.

After the three days of the Absolute Italian Championships in Baselga di Pinè, the commitment of the Azzurri of the long track continues, which from today, on the Norwegian ice of Hamar, will take part in the long weekend of the Sprint and Allround World Championships. A world championship in which the National team of technical director Maurizio Marchetto and coaches Matteo Anesi and Enrico Fabris, presents itself with 7 athletes and a lighthouse, Francesca Lollobrigida.
The Roman champion in the Air Force, aims to close the season already seasoned by the two splendid Olympic medals, and also by the four tricolor titles brought home in Trentino a few days ago, but she also focuses on Davide Ghiotto, bronze in Beijing 2022, in the Allround trials. Protagonists in Norway also include David Bosa (Fiamme Oro), Andrea Giovannini (Fiamme Gialle), Michele Malfatti (Fiamme Gialle), Jeffrey Rosanelli (Fiamme Gialle) and Mirko Giacomo Nenzi (Fiamme Gialle).
The first two days of competition, today and tomorrow, will be dedicated to sprinters with double sessions on both 500 and 1000 meters; Saturday and Sunday, on the other hand, all the other all-round distances are scheduled: 500 men and women, 1500 men and women, 3000 women, 5000 men and women, 10,000 men. To these tests are added those of the Sprint Team.
